NEHC Policy
The policy of the organization shall be to cooperate with and assist the various State and local organizations in their respective efforts in all phases of horse activities but to refrain from interference or participation in any controversy or problem within a State or local organization except upon request from State or local organization for arbitration of a controversy or problem.

Life Member	$500.00
Individual	$25.00
Family	$30.00
Horse/Pony Point Registration Fee (Your horse's points will not accumulate until this fee has been paid.)	$10.00
