IMPORTANT
NEHC has incorporated a new system for points to be final.
Points will be posted to the website for members to review. The points
will be final the last day of the month of their official posting. If an exhibitor finds a
discrepancy it is up to them to notify the office for corrections.
After that date the points will be final and we cannot go back and fix any points for those
months.
It will be the exhibitor's responsiblity to notify NEHC by mail if they need points sent to them by mail.
A horse (or rider) must win points at a minimum of 3 shows in their specified divisions in order to qualify for year-end awards.
If
you have been to shows and do not see your name it is most likely because your
horse is not registered. Please print out a membership
form and send it with the horse fee to the office. Office

Letters will be mailed January 2009 to year-end winners.
If you find any discrepancies
with the points please contact the Administration Office as soon a possible. Email is the best way

Please don't wait until
the end of the show season when everything is in a rush.
If you have contacted
the office already and you don't think the problem has been solved, please contact
again.
They may have been fixed but just did not make the latest
update.
