Problems loading pages?

There may be a couple of reasons for glitches while trying to link from page to page.

• On occasion our FSP server is down temporarily. They sometimes get busy or something and one can't connect. It it usually clear 30 minutes later.
• Also, if you use Internet Explorer, occasionally the program gets into a loop and doesn't go back to the Internet to find pages. In other words, once you get a blank or mixed up page it keeps going back to that address stored on your computer. The thing to do in that caseis go to the 'Tools' tab in the browser, choose 'Internet Options' and clear both 'History' and 'Temporary Internet Files'. That should force the browser to go back out on the net to look for the pages. It also might help to shut down and restart the computer after you've cleared your browser. IE may need that to force it to forget the wrong pages.
